Yesterday, the MC Federal team participated in the first of our biannual Training Days for 2025. Our Training Days provide the perfect opportunity for our entire team to get together and learn from each other. Training is completed by team members, for team members; with some additional topics presented by partners or members of our communities.

For this session, we were happy to hear from our partner, GreenPath Financial Wellness, who offer their services to members, potential members, and team members. They are a trusted national nonprofit who offers free financial counseling, guidance, and educational resources.  We learned about the many services GreenPath provides and how to recommend those services to our members to help them create a better financial future.

The day wrapped up with our team participating in a Name That Tune battle. Competition was steep, but overall, it was a fun way to end the day and get everyone laughing!
