Use Caution with Unsolicited Communications

It is not uncommon for third parties to use information that is available in the public record to solicit consumers. This practice is used by both legitimate businesses and scammers alike. Members have reported receiving an “allocated waiver” notice related to their mortgage held by the credit union. This notice was not sent in partnership with the credit union and we do not believe this is a legitimate notice by a reputable company.  As always, you should exercise caution with any unsolicited communication.

If you have questions or concerns about a communication that you receive, please reach out to a member of our team by calling 800.834.0082, using messages in digital banking, or stopping in a local branch.
