Member Alert: Fraud Department Impersonation

MC Federal Credit Union has been notified that members are receiving phone calls from individuals claiming to be from our Fraud Department. These calls appear to be coming from area code 808, which is for the Hawaiian & Wake Islands. The caller is asking members to provide the last six digits of their card number, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV code.

These calls are not coming from MC Federal Credit Union. We will never ask you to provide your debit or credit card information over the phone. Do not provide this sensitive information to anyone not authorized to have it. Please report any suspicious communications to a Member Service Representative as soon as possible by calling us at 800.834.0082, stopping in a branch, or sending us a message via Digital Banking.

If you have provided your card information, or other personal information, to anyone not authorized to have it, please let us know immediately so that we can take action to protect you and your account.
