MC Federal Credit Union has been notified that members are receiving spoofed phone calls that appear to come from our institution. The reported calls have come from 570.275.4176 and the Caller ID may display MC Federal Credit Union or Danville, PA. The caller claims to be an MC Federal Credit Union team member and states that your account has been hacked and used for unauthorized purchases. The caller may ask you to verify your debit card number and other personal information.

MC Federal Credit Union will never call and ask you to verify your debit card number or other personal information. Do not provide this sensitive information to anyone not authorized to have it. If you receive a call that appears to come from the credit union and the individual is asking you to verify your personal information, disconnect the call immediately. Please report any attempts to a member service representative as soon as possible by calling us at 800.834.0082, stopping in a branch, or sending us a message via Digital Banking.
