After approval, you can access your credit line for 10 years. Once your draw period ends, you have an additional 15 years to repay the balance.

Your rate may vary from the rates above and will be determined by your credit history, term, and property value. Credit is subject to approval, not all applicants will qualify. Interest only payments during the 10-year draw period. During the 15 year repayment period, payments will be principal and interest. Locked fixed rate segments available; up to two segments at one time. Locked segment payments will consist of principal plus interest. Terms available from 3 year to 15 year maximum.
