As part of that commitment, three members of our Executive Team recently attended America’s Credit Unions Operations and Technology Councils’ Conference, held September 21–24, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Representing MC Federal were Elba Arenas, President & Chief Executive Officer, Annette Welch, Chief Member Experience Officer, and Thomas Ha, Chief Information Officer.

The conference brought together credit union professionals from across the nation to discuss emerging trends and best practices in operations, technology, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and member experience. Attendees participated in educational sessions, collaborative discussions, and networking opportunities designed to help credit unions adapt to a rapidly changing financial services environment.
