Building Financial Confidence: Shamokin Getting Ahead Graduates Recognized

MC Federal Credit Union is proud to celebrate the latest graduates of our financial literacy program, The Road to Financial Wellness. This course was hosted in Shamokin and offered in partnership with the Getting Ahead Foundation.
 
Participants completed a full series of engaging financial education sessions, led by Carla Schmidt and Candace B. Treshock, Branch Managers. The program focused on building practical skills in budgeting, strengthening financial habits, protecting personal information, and creating long-term financial confidence.
 
The series concluded with a graduation celebration recognizing each participant’s dedication to improving their financial well-being. Through partnerships like Getting Ahead, MC Federal remains committed to empowering individuals and strengthening the communities we serve through meaningful financial education.
