On Monday, October 12, the MC Federal team came together for another Training Day focused on learning, collaboration, and growth.

Throughout the day, our team members presented on a variety of topics, sharing their knowledge and experiences with one another. These peer-led sessions are a great opportunity to learn from the people we work alongside every day and discover new ways to strengthen our team and better serve our members.

We were also pleased to welcome Captain Tracy Hurne from the William Cameron Engine Company, who shared valuable information about fire safety in the home and workplace, including the proper use of fire extinguishers. His presentation provided important knowledge our team can put to use both on and off the job.
