After careful consideration, MC Federal Credit Union has decided to discontinue our Prepaid Reloadable Card program effective September 1, 2024. After this date, we will no longer issue new prepaid reloadable cards.

If you are in possession of an MC Federal prepaid reloadable card, please take note of the important dates below:

September 1, 2024 – We will no longer renew or replace prepaid reloadable cards.
Cards that expire during or after September 2024 will not be renewed. If your prepaid reloadable card expires or is lost or stolen, please contact us to obtain a refund of your remaining balance. If you have direct deposit or recurring payments with this prepaid card account, please take the necessary steps to update your payment preferences at this time.

March 3, 2025 – The reload feature will be turned off.
The option to add funds to prepaid reloadable cards will be turned off on March 3, 2025. For balance inquiries, reference the website or phone number found on the back of the card.

May 1, 2025 – All prepaid reloadable cards will be closed. 
All remaining prepaid reloadable card accounts will be closed, and any remaining balance will be refunded. To ensure a smooth refund process, please verify the contact information on your prepaid reloadable card prior to May 1, 2025. For information regarding your refund or alternative product options, please contact us.
