Online memberships will not have transactional authority until the account opening process is completed during an in-person branch visit. Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that establishes the identity, or identities, of individuals that enter into a formal banking relationship. We will not accept ID documents via email or any other electronic methods. New Members are required to provide ID documentation in person within 30 days of account opening or the account is subject to closure.
